Topps Kratom, owned and operated by Power Distribution, LLC, wants customers to be satisfied with their purchase. This Returns and Refunds Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, or refunds may be issued for orders placed on https://toppskratom.com.

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Due to the nature of herbal and consumable products, opened items cannot be returned.
2. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages
Topps Kratom / Power Distribution, LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
If a package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
7. Refused or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to:

We may deduct shipping costs from the refund.
Reshipping may require an additional shipping fee.
