This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed with Topps Kratom, owned and operated by Power Distribution, LLC, are processed and shipped when purchased through https://toppskratom.com.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.


1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within the United States.

We do not ship internationally.

Orders placed with shipping addresses outside the United States will be canceled and refunded.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered are legal in their state, county, or municipality before placing an order.

We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any location where products may be restricted.

This product is not available for shipment to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Wisconsin; or the following counties: Sarasota County (Florida), San Diego (California), Oceanside (California), Alton (Illinois), Jerseyville (Illinois), Edwardsville County (Illinois), Columbus (Mississippi), Union County (Mississippi), Ascension (Louisiana), Franklin (Louisiana), Rapides (Louisiana)


2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Processing time may be longer during:

  • Holidays

  • High order volume

  • Weather delays

  • Carrier disruptions

Orders are not processed on weekends or federal holidays.


3. Shipping Methods

Shipping carriers may include:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx

  • Other regional carriers

Shipping method is selected at checkout or determined at our discretion.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


4. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order weight

  • Package size

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped.


5. Tracking Information

When available, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct email address.

6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.

If an incorrect address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for lost packages

  • Reshipping may require an additional shipping fee

  • Refunds may be reduced by shipping costs

Orders already shipped cannot be changed.


7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Topps Kratom / Power Distribution, LLC is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we will assist with a carrier claim when possible.

8. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may not be legal in all areas.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

  • The products you ordered are legal in your location

  • You assume responsibility for compliance

We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion.


9. Refused or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Refused delivery

  • Failure to pick up package

  • Carrier unable to deliver

We may deduct shipping costs from any refund.

Reshipping may require an additional shipping charge.
